A year of warmth, connection and gratitude
At Spinning Jenny, we look back on a special year of sustainability and collaboration. Unique, daring and admirable, these are words we were often privileged to hear over the past year. At a time when sustainability and circularity are more important than ever, Spinning Jenny remains a bold choice for many. We are therefore incredibly grateful for the support, appreciation and beautiful words we have received in 2024.
This year we felt an extra strong connection with entrepreneurs and pioneers who took the plunge and switched to our sustainable yarn. Thanks to their courage and vision, together we can build a future where textile production is once again local, circular and also responsible.
Highlights of 2024
This year was a year of production for us. Whereas in 2023 we worked hard to build our machinery, this year we were able to make great strides in production. Some of our highlights:
- Our never out of stock collection;
- All new collaborations within the textile industry;
- Nomination for some leading awards such as; De Circulaire Innovatie Top and the Wubbo Okkels Innovatieprijs;
- Participation in two successful trade shows: Techtextiles and Circular Textile Days;
- Sending our own socks as a Christmas gift from Spinning Jenny yarn. A small gesture, but a powerful symbol of our mission.
